A: Yes, the HDH Emergency Room is available 24/7 with a physician on site to assist with your urgent medical needs. We ask that you wear a mask while in the hospital.
Wait times vary and patients are not seen on a first come first served basis but rather based on how urgent their health care needs are.

A: A HDH Lab requisition is required in order to receive out-patient services. Out-patient services are available Monday-Friday from 9am – 12pm by booked appointment.

A: Yes, Water sample bottles can be picked up and dropped off at the Emergency Room Entrance at the hospital until September 29, 2023.
As of September 29, 2023, you can pick up water sample collection kits and drop of completed samples for Public Health Ontario's well water testing program at:
