Scheduling an Appointment

To make an appointment patients can call Patient Registration/Appointment Booking Office at 519-364-2340 ext. 260 or ext. 202, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am to 7pm. Please ensure you have your health care ready when calling.

Parking

Free parking is provided for the first 30 minutes. Public parking beyond 30 minutes will have a set rate of $3.00 per vehicle. Monthly and annual parking passes are available for those visiting on a regular basis.
