September 08, 2025

Hanover & District Hospital (HDH) is pleased to welcome Keystone Child, Youth & Family Services to its site with the opening of a new outpatient satellite office. This partnership will continue to ensure that children, youth, and families have access to mental health services in Hanover and surrounding areas.

Keystone’s new office at HDH will serve as an additional point of care, making it easier for families in the South Grey Bruce region to connect with the support they need. Keystone will also continue to maintain its strong community presence throughout the region while offering enhanced accessibility through this hospital-based location.

“This collaboration is an excellent example of health system partnership that ensures that services for children, youth and their families will have access to the care that they need as close to home as possible,” said Dana Howes, President & CEO of Hanover & District Hospital.

Keystone Child, Youth & Family Services provides a wide range of programs including counselling, crisis response, early intervention, and family support. By having a satellite office at HDH, Keystone is ensuring that children, youth, and families can receive timely, coordinated care in a convenient and familiar setting.

“This partnership reflects the best of how our health and community systems can work together,” said David Willis, CEO of Keystone Child, Youth & Family Services. “By situating a Keystone office within Hanover & District Hospital, we are strengthening the circle of care for children and youth, ensuring that families experience a seamless connection to the supports they require.”

The addition of Keystone’s outpatient office reflects HDH’s ongoing commitment to community partnerships that improve access to care and strengthen the local health system.
